Our Beach Weddings in San Diego are designed to make choices simple, eliminate stress in planning your wedding, and fit any budget. Different options with each package help you choose what is important to you.

Short notice weddings are our specialty or you can book your service weeks or months in advance.

Ceremonies performed by our non denominational ministers are memorable and thought provoking. They have performed over 100,000 appointments over the last 44 years and their referrals have made our business what it is today.

We can provide the confidential marriage license for you without going to the County Clerk’s office if you are having difficulty obtaining an appointment and need same day service, after hours or on weekends or holidays. Our fees are slightly higher than the county to cover the cost of preparation and the notary fees.

The bride and groom must obtain their marriage license no earlier than 90 days prior to the wedding ceremony. Please go to our Marriage License page to get all information you need regarding getting a marriage license in San Diego.

Weddings ceremonies are available 10-7 everyday by appointment only with last appointment at 6pm. After hours and holidays available at additional costs.

Open 24/7 by appointment only. Regular office hours are 10-7 by appointment only and last appointment is 6pm. Please call to make a reservation for your deposit and consultation. After hours, holiday, and novel days (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentines) are available by request.

GUIDELINES TO CONSIDER

Distance fees may apply if out of our local mileage range (example: Mount Palomar, Lake Marina, Julian, Temecula etc. Almost all bride’s and groom’s choices have been within our local range with few exceptions).

• If you are date/time/location specific make your reservations well in advance. There are hundreds of locations in San Diego to get married, but some are more popular than others and book quickly. Don’t delay!

• Inclement weather: We will do your wedding at your location regardless of the weather but on occasion even beautiful sunny San Diego has rain and we cannot use our chapel as a backup as we are performing weddings there at the same time our Beach Weddings in San Diego and Destination Weddings in San Diego are being performed. A back up plan is a great idea and please give us 1 days notice if you have to change the location due to weather conditions. (Extra fees may apply if outside our local radius of mileage) All fees are Non Refundable if you cancel or have to have some things eliminated due to inclement weather that would damage our equipment.

• Make an appointment for your marriage license within 90 days of the ceremony. If you forget to procure a marriage license or forget it the day of your wedding, the date will reflect sometime different than your ceremony and an extra fee will be charged for the minister to meet you another time.

• Timely weddings make for less stressful weddings for both the client and the business providing services. We can only allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your appointed time to begin your ceremony. Additional fees will be charged depending on how late you begin: $75 after 15 minutes, $100 for being 1/2 hour late, $150 for 45 minutes late, and $200 if you are an hour late and the minister agrees to stay and does not have to leave to go to another appointment. This must be paid via Venmo or Zelle at the time of the wedding so please be prepared. This does not include additional time for the photographer as their contracted time is the starting time of your wedding for 1 1/2 hours only and if you are late you will receive less photos or have to purchase additional time for the photographer and this has to be paid via Venmo or Zelle so once again please be prepared. It is always best to suggest (Even if invitations are sent out) for the guests to arrive at a slightly earlier time than the minister and staff. That way you can have all of your guests ready to begin the ceremony on time.

• We can work with you to personalize your ceremony or you can modify ours to make it yours.

• Additional fees will be incurred for ceremonies performed during heavy traffic hours Monday through Friday before 10 am and from 2-6pm. After hours, holiday, and novel days (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentines) will have increased fees depending on the lateness of the hour after 6pm or the specific holiday. Sunday Set ups are considered overtime for our staff and extra fees based on time and location. If you change your date, time or location after your deposit is made or if you are late for your wedding ceremony additional costs will also added to your current package. All fees are non refundable if you cancel your appointment once a deposit is made.

• We can incorporate personal vows and cultural traditions in the ceremony but you must give us advance notice if it is something we haven’t done before.

• Consultations are done by appointment only and we will spend as much time as you feel necessary so that all the details are worked out for your special wedding day. Our job is to ensure you will be happy with our services and any suggestions or ideas you feel may improve our services please feel free to let us know. If there is a problem or concern, let’s work together to solve it before the wedding.

• Although we have boxes of thank you notes and cards and 100’s of emails over the years and about half of our business is referral, your positive reviews with social media (google, msn, yelp, etc ) will help ensure many more years of continued success.

• If you feel a rehearsal is necessary we can either give you a print out on how to do your own rehearsal or configure a price point based on date/time and how long you want one of our ministers to be there.

There are many San Diego beach wedding venues to choose: from hotels and resorts with a beach access or scenery to numerous restaurants like the IL Fornaio in Coronado that has a wonderful view of the city of San Diego as a backdrop. Toes in the sand, bluffs overlooking the water, or even some grassy knolls might inspire you to try something different for your wedding day. Beach wedding venues in San Diego are as variable as each individual couple and can be an excellent backdrop for the beginning of your new life together.
